The House
This magnificent authentic country house stands in private gardens overlooking green Sabin hills. Casale ‘Regina’ can accommodate max. 7 people, with 2 generous bedrooms and an additional guesthouse that sleeps 2 persons.
The views across the garden and pool offer a tranquil environment. The modern and private pool (6 x 14 m), has stunning views over Sabin hills, surrounded by pomegranate, abricot, cherry and quince-trees, a terrace with deckchairs and an outdoor solar-shower.
The Surroundings
Collevecchio is a small and sleepy medieval village in the province of Rieti in the Italian region Latium, with less than 1,500 habitants, located about 70 kilometres (43 miles) north of Rome.
The Sabin Hills in Italy, somewhat overshadowed by their more famous neighbours of Tuscany and Rome, remain firmly rooted in their traditional way of life. Despite the close proximity to Rome, Sabina is a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
